Ingredients
- 12 large hard cooked eggs, peeled and cut lengthwise
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup coarsely chopped dill pickles
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Baby dill pickle slices
- Chopped fresh dill
- Paprika
Directions
- Using food processor with chopping/mixing blade, process egg yolks, mayonnaise, pickles, mustard, salt and pepper until smooth.
- Pipe yolk mixture into each egg white half. Garnish with dill pickle slices, fresh dill and paprika.
