Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions
- In food chopper bowl, add basil, pine nuts, Parmesan cheese, heavy cream, olive oil, garlic and salt.
- Cover and blend until almost pureed.
- Toss with hot pasta.
