Ingredients
Pasta:
- 360g semolina flour
- 20 ml olive oil
- 85 ml water
- 50 ml egg
Chicken:
- 1 large breast, halved
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika, chili powder, black pepper and garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon oil
Pasta Sauce:
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3-4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoon salt in water + 1/2 pound pasta
- 1/4 cup pasta water
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup pasta water
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika and black pepper
Directions
- Add your pasta ingredients in your Hamilton Beach Pasta Maker according to instructions.
- Boil pasta with salt for about 2-4 minutes and save aside 1/4 cup pasta water.
- Start seasoning your chicken and cook on medium heat for 8-10 minutes on each side.
- Remove chicken from pan once cooked and add butter, onion and garlic to the same pan.
- Cook down the onion and garlic and have it soak up the flavor left from the chicken.
- Add heavy cream, pasta water, Parmesan and seasoning. Stir well.
- Once sauce is complete, add pasta and chicken and enjoy.
