INGREDIENTS
- 1½ cups mayonnaise
- ½ cup hot pepper sauce
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon coarse black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper, optional
- 4 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 package (12 ounces) bow tie pasta, cooked
- 2 cups sliced celery
- 1½ cups crumbled blue cheese
- 1 cup sliced green onions
DIRECTIONS
- In a large bowl, stir together mayonnaise, hot pepper sauce, vinegar, salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper.
- Add chicken, pasta, celery, blue cheese and green onions to mayonnaise mixture. Toss until pasta and chicken are coated with mixture.
- Cover and refrigerate for several hours or until ready to serve.
