INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup green grape halves
- ½ cup toasted sliced almonds
- Poppy Seed Honey Vinaigrette
DIRECTIONS
- Using a food processor fitted with the slicing disc, slice Brussels sprouts.
- In a large bowl, combine Brussels sprouts, strawberries, blueberries, grapes and almonds.
- Add Poppy Seed Honey Vinaigrette and stir until salad mixture is coated.
