Brussels Sprouts & Berries Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup green grape halves
  • ½ cup toasted sliced almonds
  •  Poppy Seed Honey Vinaigrette

DIRECTIONS

    1. Using a food processor fitted with the slicing disc, slice Brussels sprouts.
    2. In a large bowl, combine Brussels sprouts, strawberries, blueberries, grapes and almonds.
    3. Add Poppy Seed Honey Vinaigrette and stir until salad mixture is coated.
