Ingredients
- 6 cups strawberries, hulled and coarsely chopped
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 package low sugar fruit pectin
- 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Pour into bread pan.
- Using the Jam cycle, start breadmaker.
- After cycle has finished, allow jam to cool about 1 hour before transferring to storage containers.
- Store in refrigerator up to 3 weeks or in freezer for 1 year.
Makes: 6 cups
