INGREDIENTS
Recommended Ice Cream Maker Size: 1.5 Quart
- 1 1/4 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen (slightly thawed)
- 2 1/2 cups plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup half 'n half
- 1/2 cup sugar
DIRECTIONS
- Mash berries. (When using frozen berries, remove from freezer and allow to become slightly soft.)
- Combine with remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate.
- Start ice cream maker and pour mixture through hole in lid. Churn for 20-40 minutes or until desired consistency.
Serves: 12
Frozen Strawberry Yogurt Variation: Replace blueberries with 1 1/4 cups (375 ml) frozen strawberries (processed with juice).
