Ingredients
- ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- ½ cup blueberry kefir (or use nonfat blueberry yogurt)
- 1 large banana, peeled, cut in half
- 1 ½ cups frozen blueberries

Place ingredients into the blender in the order listed.

Press Start and increase the power gradually until the ingredients are well-blended.

The smoothie is done when the consistency is smooth and blended to your preference. Divide between glasses and serve.
