Ingredients
- 2 rib-eye steaks, about 12 ounces each, 1 inch thick
- 2 teaspoons steak seasoning blend
- 2 tablespoons crumbled gorgonzola cheese
- 2 tablespoons softened butter
Directions
- Sprinkle steaks with seasoning blend.
- In air fryer basket, arrange steaks in an even layer. Set air fryer temperature on 400°F.
- Stopping halfway through cooking time to turn steaks, cook 20 to 25 minutes or until browned and internal temperature reaches 145°F when tested with a meat thermometer.
- In a small bowl, combine gorgonzola cheese and butter. Place a scoop on each steak. Return to air fryer and cook 1 to 2 minutes or until gorgonzola butter is melted.
